Through JEE Main: Students who have cleared JEE Main may opt the Institute through JEE Main counseling.

For Direct Admission: To avail the seats of management quota student must have passed 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry & mathematics with a minimum of 45% marks (for SC/ST 40%)

Lateral Entry - B.Tech(Direct in 2nd Year) : Candidate must have passed Diploma / B.Sc.(Maths) with a minimum of 50% marks (for SC/ST 45%).

3. These exams are generally held in the month of June-July and consist of Objective type questions on the subject of English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Basic Arithmetic Teaching Potential and one local language in some states. The results of these exams are generally out by July/Aug.
